Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. After giving up gymnastics in her youth Ariel started competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. At the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card only one year after. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career at age 16, when she gave up gymnastics. In the year 17, she received her Pro Card within a year. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was off the stage for six years to complete college. In 2015, she continued her journey from the previous year, competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her initial show for several years, aiming for bigger and better goals each year. She was awarded four more fitness titles by the end of the year. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel took an extended break when she earned her Professional card so that she could earn her college degree. After earning her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel made a successful comeback at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished 3rd at the show. In summer 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations prior to the event and was satisfied with the results. In light of the fact that she had to compete against some of the top competitors. Ariel constantly improving her physique. Ariel's top body part to exercise is her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rows single-arm lat pull-downs, with a machine. and seated rows. The first step is warming up and then moves on to the sets she works on. Ariel also likes to make the most of her time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings for all her exercises in the back. It involves three or four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
