Annmarie is an experienced Human Resources professional with more than 30 years of experience, has helped managers as well as their teams and companies improve performance. It was particularly true during periods of rapid transformation and growth in business. Annmarie was an influential expert in the translation of enterprise-wide strategic plans and goals into corporate strategies and employee engagement. She has a passion for learning, and believes that management and team building as her greatest advantage. With her experiences working for Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's developed and mentored leaders who have demonstrated the results and success. Her efforts helped develop cultures which promote innovation in learning as well as positive change for individuals and teams. Annmarie's love of Learning Ally has inspired her to dedicate all of her energy and efforts to this cause. Additionally, she supports a variety of nonprofit organizations in the time she has off. These include being an participant in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization dedicated to helping women grow as leaders providing training for members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional member association located in North America with the specific goal of providing training, in networking and advocacy specifically targeted at hotels in the healthcare industry and also aiding Shatterproof as a nonprofit national organization committed to ending the addiction crisis in the United States in educating communities in helping those affected by the illness of addiction.
