Katherine Jean Bolduan (also known professionally as Kate Bolduan) is an American journalist for the broadcast industry. She is best known as anchor of the CNN morning show At This Hour. She was also co-anchored CNN morning shows New Day, and The Situation Room. Bolduan participated in the award-winning coverage by CNN of the presidential election 2012 and 2016. She also spent time in Washington DC as a correspondent for the US House, and US Senate. Bolduan was the Capitol Hill Unit member when she was a reporter for the congressional calendar, including events like the debates to increase the federal credit limit or deliberations by the super committee. Additionally, she was a general assignment correspondent covering events like an attack on the federal government's Christmas Day bombing attempt the significant Supreme Court decision on Obamacare and the implementation of Obamacare's government's stimulus plan in 2009.
